Job ID: 2026-17106 The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of regular pay traditional products across their lifecycle from strategy and design to launch, optimization, and post-launch evaluation. This role will take lead in driving product customer value, product APE growth, and product profitability, aligning them to market needs and with the business’ objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Product Strategy & Ownership • Define product vision, roadmap, and value proposition. • Lead product lifecycle management, including product enhancements, repricing, remediation, tactical programs, and sunset decisions working with key stakeholders to deliver desired outcome. • Identify growth opportunities through market research and analysis, customer insights, competitive scanning, and product business reviews. • Champion the customer perspective, using data and insights to improve customer value, experience, and outcomes. • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging risks to ensure products remain competitive and relevant. Product Development & Delivery • Identify and address customer needs, translating them into clear product designs, working closely with actuarial, underwriting, operations, IT, legal, compliance, and distribution teams. • Lead the design and development of insurance products (ideation  feasibility  deployment  post-evaluation). • Oversee product launches and ensure readiness across distribution, operations, and servicing. Stakeholder & Cross Functional Leadership • Act as the primary product subject matter expert for different stakeholders, including distribution, operations, and executive leadership. • Support distribution teams with tools, sales materials, and technical guidance. People Manager • Help in the development and growth of one-downs through coaching and mentorship Required Skills • Excellent communication skills (oral/written) • Proficient in MS Office applications (esp in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) • Strong interpersonal, empathetic, and management skills to interact and drive results with staff, senior management, colleagues and cross-functional teams • Competent leadership skills with proven ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, or other related courses • Minimum 5-10 years of experience specializing in marketing, brand management, customer segment development or related skillset - insurance experience is an advantage • Strong understanding of relevant consumer and distribution trends, particularly in the insurance industry • In-depth knowledge on finance, economics, and marketing • With exposure to financial services industry • Knowledge in the use of tools such as Canva, GPTs, and Power BI is an advantage.
