ShiftKey is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the "translation layer" - the middleware that allows ShiftKey to talk to external scheduling and workforce systems. The role involves driving scalable, API-first solutions and leading the strategy for the middleware platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Deep comfort reading and writing API specifications
• A track record of managing trade-offs between speed-to-market and platform stability
• Direct experience with external partners or clients
• A focus on revenue and adoption
