What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute a local marketing strategy aligned with global direction to drive market penetration, product positioning, and revenue growth

  • Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators for marketing initiatives to improve business outcomes

  • Build and deliver an Annual Marketing Plan aligned with global priorities, including new product launches and commercialization plans

  • Gather and analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to adjust strategy and inform decision‑making

  • Monitor portfolio performance using sales, market share, and profitability metrics, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

  • Partner with sales teams through regular field presence to identify opportunities and inform product and strategy decisions

  • Lead local medical education initiatives and adapt global materials to meet local market and regulatory requirements

  • Enable commercial success by delivering product training, supporting tenders, and collaborating with supply chain to ensure product availability

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the medical device industry

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product management or marketing roles

  • Fluency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or MBA

  • Experience in orthopaedics, trauma, sports medicine, or upper extremities portfolios

Additional Information

  • Work arrangement: Remote / Hybrid, with regular national travel

  • Travel: Frequent travel to customer sites, internal meetings, and industry events

  • Driver’s license: Valid driver’s license required
