Senior Product Manager (B2B, Nebius Academy)

Georgia, United States Remote March 7, 2026

Description

Nebius Academy B2B builds corporate upskilling programs and a learning platform that help companies develop employees’ skills in fast-changing domains (AI/data/tech). We combine structured learning paths, hands-on practice and expert guidance, with progress tracking and reporting for stakeholders.

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own and transform our Upskilling product line: from a manually updated course library + expert guidance/cohorts into an AI-first, continuously updating learning platform that helps employees learn in the flow of work (e.g., inside IDE/CRM tools) and enables PLG, while still supporting current B2B sales and delivery needs.

You’ll work cross-functionally with content experts, data scientists, design, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to balance short-term revenue priorities with long-term platform strategy.

What you will do

1. Lead product strategy and roadmap for Upskilling: define outcomes, milestones, and measurable success metrics.

2. Design an AI-first content and learning system:

  • personalization (role/level/company context),
  • agent/assistant behavior and quality,
  • evaluation approach together with DS (golden set, online/offline eval, human-in-the-loop),
  • guardrails/safety and monitoring for drift.

3. Build a scalable content operating model: reduce manual updates, implement workflows for content freshness, versioning, review, and rapid iteration.

4. Own specs for a multi-component platform: translate strategy into epics, requirements, and delivery plans across several teams/modules (learning paths, assessments, tracking, admin, integrations).

5. Drive UX quality and product analytics:

  • map journeys for learners and L&D/managers,
  • define event taxonomy and dashboards,
  • run experiments and iterate based on data and qualitative feedback.

6. Partner with Sales/CS on customization pressure:

  • create a product policy (config vs custom),
  • set intake/triage and prioritization rules,
  • balance short-term enterprise requests with platform scalability.

Requirements

Desired skills and qualities (must-haves)

  • AI product experience: shipped product features with AI core (agents/LLMs, personalization, evaluation), can communicate fluently with data scientists and engineers.
  • Strong product thinking + system design mindset: comfortable owning complex, multi-module products and writing clear specs (scope/non-goals, edge cases, rollout, metrics).
  • B2B stakeholder management: proven ability to negotiate trade-offs and align sales, marketing, CS and delivery teams around a sustainable product direction.
  • UX and analytics maturity: cares deeply about user experience, knows how to measure it, and can give actionable feedback to designers.
  • Ownership and execution: drives from ambiguity to delivery; can make decisions and unblock teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • EdTech / corporate L&D background.
  • Experience with SCORM/xAPI/LRS, competency frameworks, skills graphs, or “learning in the flow of work” integrations.
  • PLG experience in B2B (trial → activation → expansion).
  • Experience automating content operations with AI (generation, updating, validation workflows).
  • Background in developer tools / integrations (IDE plugins, CRM workflows, Slack/Teams).

What we can offer you

  • Full-time remote contract with a flexible schedule
  • A close-knit, international team of thoughtful and driven professionals
  • All software licenses and remote work tools you need to be successful in a remote working environment (Slack, Miro, Notion, Zoom, etc)
  • Room for growth as we scale our portfolio of educational products and formats
  • Complete autonomy over B2B product vision and roadmap
  • Direct collaboration with cutting-edge AI infrastructure technology
