If you want to:

Own and drive the holistic user experience across Surfshark's product suite, ensuring seamless integration and consistency across all products within our application;

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, engineers, data marketing teams to deliver products that meet both user needs and business objectives;

Analyze user behavior, feedback, and performance metrics to prioritize features and improvements that drive engagement, retention, and satisfaction across the product suite;

Take ownership of key product metrics including user engagement, feature adoption, cross-product usage and retention rates;

Drive continuous product discovery by uncovering user needs through research, data, and experimentation.

Proven experience in product management with a track record of shipping successful products at scale;

Strong product discovery craft - being accountable for key metrics: engagement, retention and cross-product adoption;

Experience translating strategy into well-prioritized roadmaps and outcomes (not just outputs);

Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product analytics tools and interpreting data to drive decisions;

Passion for understanding user needs and building products that solve real problems;

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to clearly present ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bonus points if you:

Have experience in the cybersecurity or privacy industry;

Have worked with subscription-based products and understand retention dynamics;
