As a Senior Product Manager at Neara, you will operate across multiple product lines and engineering teams to drive initiatives that expand our addressable market while strengthening our core platform capabilities.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a product leader who thrives in complexity: Someone who can connect customer needs, platform strategy, commercial outcomes, and cross-functional execution into products that create measurable business value.

What you'll do

  • Identify, validate, and prioritise platform opportunities that unlock new market growth.

  • Lead complex cross-stream product initiatives spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Translate customer, commercial, and technical inputs into clear product direction.

  • Build commercial models and product KPIs that tie roadmap decisions to revenue impact.

  • Partner closely with engineering, UX, sales, customer success, and leadership to bring initiatives to life.

  • Shape medium and long-term roadmap planning aligned to customer demand and strategic growth priorities.

  • Drive deeper customer discovery to surface emerging market signals and unmet needs.

  • Mentor and elevate other product managers, contributing to stronger product practice across the team.


What you'll bring

Product leadership & execution

  • Proven experience delivering complex B2B software products in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Track record leading initiatives across multiple product lines, squads, or streams.

  • Ability to create clarity and momentum in ambiguous, evolving problem spaces.

Technical depth

  • Strong technical fluency, ideally with experience in software engineering, geospatial engineering, data-rich systems, or complex platforms.

  • Comfortable engaging deeply with engineers and technical stakeholders on architecture, trade-offs, and feasibility.

Commercial acumen

  • Experience building business cases, economic models, and KPI frameworks that connect product investment to revenue outcomes.

  • Strong strategic judgment in balancing short-term customer demand with long-term platform value.

Influence & team impact

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder leadership skills across executives, engineers, customers, and cross-functional peers.

  • Experience mentoring product managers and helping raise team capability across a broader team.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in platform-led product organisations.

  • Exposure to developer tools, geospatial systems, infrastructure technology, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems.

  • Experience owning revenue-linked product outcomes.
