Senior Product Designer - Gamification & Habit Design

About Us We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to own the end-to-end experience of a product where habit formation and gamification aren't features-they're the foundation. You'll be the first dedicated designer on the product, working directly under our Head of Design and collaborating closely with Product to shape how users build lasting habits in a data-rich, AI-native environment. You're fascinated by the psychology of habit and engagement. Why Duolingo's streaks feel compelling, why people keep scrolling on TikTok, and what makes products and information stick. Maybe you've read Hooked, maybe you just notice these patterns instinctively. You want to apply psychology to design.
