This role is a fixed, permanent position. All successful applicants will receive a permanent employment contract regardless of location.
The role:
Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery:
Conduct tailored product demos and create custom Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospective clients.
Lead data workshops to understand customer needs and co-develop Statements of Work (SOWs).
Present technical solutions and capabilities in a way that resonates with diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
Engage with customers to identify and align their challenges with Makersite's solutions, ensuring problem-solution fit.
Technical Expertise & Collaboration:
Work with large and complex datasets, understanding success criteria and delivering actionable insights.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams and subject matter experts to bridge technical and business requirements.
Leverage your understanding of enterprise data and software landscapes to explain technical solutions effectively.
Sales Support:
Support Account Executives in managing complex sales cycles, including responding to RFPs and creating detailed presentations.
Provide technical insights during customer negotiations, ensuring the alignment of Makersite’s solutions with customer objectives.
