Position Summary

The Workplace Strategy & Innovation Senior Planner plays a key role in supporting Real Estate Strategy and Project teams throughout lease events and real estate–driven initiatives. This role serves as a strategic liaison between planning and execution teams, developing and translating space, occupancy, and planning data into insights that support lease negotiations, portfolio optimization, and successful project delivery.

You will partner closely with Real Estate Strategy leadership and enterprise senior leaders to help shape and execute enterprise-wide Real Estate Synergy and Optimization initiatives. The role also engages directly with business unit leaders (VP level and above) to align workplace and space strategies with business priorities, growth plans, and operational needs.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate or enterprise environment

  • Proven ability to problem solve in real time and perform effectively under tight deadlines

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing project teams and leading execution efforts

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD

  • Willingness to travel as business needs require


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate strategy, space planning, or occupancy planning

  • Working knowledge of IBM TRIRIGA or similar real estate/portfolio management platforms


Education

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$60,300.00 - $132,600.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
