Senior People Data Analyst

Headquartered in sunny Barcelona, we're now a team of 380+ people representing over 60 nationalities, united by a passion for transforming the future of short-term rentals. ⭐ Role Overview We are looking for a Senior People Data Analyst to build and scale Lodgify’s People Analytics capabilities. You will turn People data into trusted, actionable insights that help leaders and the People team make better decisions. This role sits at the intersection of People, data, and business partnership. You will work with People Ops, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Finance/FP&A (workforce planning), and IT/HRIS to improve the quality of our People data, define clear metrics, and enable a healthy self-serve analytics culture.
