Senior Payroll Specialist
About this Position As a Senior Payroll Specialist at Henkel, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time, while driving compliance and process improvements. You will be the go-to person for payroll operations in your designated country or region. What you´ll do Guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing, meeting all statutory and compliance requirements Perform payroll controls in accordance with internal requirements Validate pre- and post-payroll reports and coordinate with stakeholders on resolution of potential issues Cooperate with in-country payroll provider, Local HR and Finance regarding day-to-day operations Contribute to projects aimed at automating and harmonizing payroll processes Support Henkel employees with payroll related queries or questions Create, review and maintain workflow documents and manuals
