Senior Partner Operations Analyst
About the Role:
- Support and improve partner systems, including Salesforce, partner workflows, and related operational processes.
- Help run partner deal workflows, including quoting, approvals, order flow, and marketplace or co-sell transactions.
- Build and maintain partner reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and ad hoc analysis to improve pipeline visibility and decision-making.
- Support partner intake and deal registration processes while working cross-functionally with Partner Managers, Sales Ops, Finance, and Systems.
- 5-7+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Business Systems, or a similar GTM operations role.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, plus familiarity with Revenue Cloud / CPQ and partner transaction workflows.
- Experience with partner-facing systems or PRM tools, along with strong reporting and dashboarding skills.
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work across globally distributed teams.
- Comfort using modern AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus; experience with cloud marketplace motions, partner attribution, or Salesforce administration is preferred.
