Our Operations team manages Business Operations, Project Management, Financial prioritization and Resource Management for Marcom LA. This role reports to the Managing Director and collaborates cross-functionally to establishing internal processes and procedures to ensure that the Marcom team is functioning effectively.

Description

This role leads operations, including managing Annual and Quarterly Planning designed to align resources and funding to strategic priorities, while leading a team, managing vendors and freelance talent infrastructure. The Senior Operations Manager also coordinates elements of personnel management including cultural initiatives, the performance review process, and staffing.

Minimum Qualifications

15+ years relevant experience in managing the operations for a creative advertising agency or in-house creative department. 3+ years of experience leading, motivating, mentoring, and developing a high-performing operations team. Demonstrated track record of managing operations with hands-on experience and proven ability of enhancing the strategic approach to planning and operations. Proven experience establishing and optimizing processes that streamline operations, increase efficiency, simplify workflows and elevate quality.
