  • Analytics, Reporting & Data Stewardship Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for occupancy metrics and people/space data, conduct utilization analysis, track KPIs, and ensure data accuracy through quality checks and reconciliation processes.

  • Technical Design Execution Utilize AutoCAD to create test-fits, space layouts, and block plans while conducting building audits to verify employee locations, furniture configurations, and room setups that optimize both function and aesthetics.

  • Program Innovation & Business Reviews Participate in quarterly business reviews and annual evaluations while staying current with workplace trends and recommending innovative design solutions that accommodate evolving workforce needs.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Design, or related field required.

Proven track record of managing enterprise-level occupancy planning programs with experience in corporate real estate portfolio management preferred.

  • Advanced proficiency in occupancy planning software and IWMS/CAFM platforms such as OpenSpace or similar, with strong AutoCAD skills for block planning, space layout documentation, and design development.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities including pivot tables, vlookup, and complex calculations, along with experience in space utilization analysis, reporting, and data management processes.

  • Knowledge of office space measurement standards including BOMA, IFMA, or RICS and familiarity with workplace strategy concepts and space optimization methodologies.
