Senior material and supplier planner_DCCB

1. Set up/optimize long term material plan according to market FC/consumption/capacity, effective negotiation with supplier to ensure material preparation and capacity reservation.
 

2. Material planning and ordering from suppliers, monitor plan/order implementation to ensure on time delivery.                                 

3. Past Due and Missing part for production daily check to ensure no impact on production orders and Customer OTD 
4. Coordinate with plants to deal with unqualified material, push inspection process for urgent material and physical material transferring etc. internal process. Communicate with production planner in time to fulfill customer demand

5. Material Inventory control to meet KPI requirement.

6. Responsible for related material project to optimize supply chain and improve supplier delivery performance

7. Supplier management, annual logistics agreement (consignment stock, SA, LT, EDI, TLV, supplier evaluation, etc) 

- Bachelor degree, Major in Mechanical, trading or Logistic preferred  / 本科学历，机械，贸易或物流专业优先
- Profound knowledge and experience in MRP II/SAP, MM. lean logistic, Pull System (incl. Kanban and Supermarket), 
- Familiar with MS OFFICE, good at PC skill and good knowledge in SAP material planning
- Fluent in Mandarin, logical and Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) thinking
- Fluent in both written and spoken English / 英语书面及口语表达流畅
- Open personality, team spirit and active communication skills  / 性格开朗，有团队精神和良好的沟通能力
- Honest, responsibility, able to work under pressure / 诚实正直，有责任感，能承受工作压力
- Problem analytical skill and problem solving, / 优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- Relevant working experience incl. production or project management preferred / 相关工作及生产或项目管理经验者优先.
