As a priority portfolio within the bank, you will work closely with Group Brand and Media teams, with regular access and collaboration to deliver integrated, brand‑led acquisition activity that supports CommBank’s broader growth ambitions.

We are building a courageous and high‑performing marketing team by deeply understanding our customers through analytics and insights, delivering relevant and impactful communications, and optimising activity through modern marketing technology and best‑practice approaches.

On any given day, you will

  • Use your understanding of business objectives, performance targets, customer insights, competitor activity and market conditions to develop and deliver marketing and communication programs that achieve Everyday Banking growth goals.
  • Own and lead Everyday Banking acquisition and go‑to‑market strategies across integrated marketing channels, driving customer consideration, acquisition and measurable business performance.
  • Partner closely with Brand and Media teams to deliver integrated, brand‑led growth, including participation in broader brand and partnership initiatives where relevant.
  • Lead and align agency partners, cross‑functional teams and up to two Marketing Managers to deliver high‑quality marketing activity on time and within budget.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency, actively optimising spend and reducing cost to serve through smarter marketing, digital and media innovations.
  • Proactively manage regulatory, compliance and reputational risk across acquisition and go‑to‑market activity, ensuring all campaigns meet financial services standards and approval requirements.
