Support marketing calendar planning in line with global/regional directions and local priorities. Manage the development of NPLs, campaign concepts, and USP; plan and execute 360° campaigns with the Consumer Engagement team. Ensure core messages are consistently communicated across all consumer touchpoints. Provide consumer insights to refine product positioning and creative executions. Collaborate with the CRM team to identify the right customer segments for activations and maximize business potential across all channels. Build strong partnerships with retailers, develop trade marketing plans, and coordinate initiatives to secure business opportunities. Ensure seamless roll-out of programs, followed by performance analysis and key learnings for future enhancement. University Graduate in Marketing or business-related disciplines Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FMCG/ Retail/ Beauty industry Demonstrated track record of brand business building, collaboration and leadership is required Pleasant, pro-active and a passion for excellence Strong co-ordination and interpersonal skills; creative and attention to details Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
