Job overview: You’ll deliver direct response performance marketing activity, through effective, efficient planning and implementation to acquire new customers, contributing to profitable growth and achievement of individual sales plans and targets. Key responsibilities: Drive growth in AXA Health organic and AI (artificial intelligence) visibility and authority through new and existing private medical insurance (PMI) content and articles. Make incremental on page and off page improvements. Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop content, articles and digital public relations (PR) opportunities to drive organic search improvements. Support and integrate brand campaigns across relevant channels incorporating campaign assets and copy. Own optimisation of quote portal content and functionality. Provide feedback and insight. Action necessary sign offs. Establish positive and productive cross departmental, company and group relationships with all relevant areas to ensure effective delivery of plans. Ensure all processes and activities maintain AXA policies regarding regulatory and compliance requirements. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Technical marketing expertise in lead generation, data management and analytical skills, working to cost per acquisition metrics, is required. Experience in a complex financial services or insurance organisation is needed. Significant experience and background in organic search strategy, planning and implementation. Analytical skills, with experience using data to inform content strategies and measure performance. Creative problem-solver, eager to experiment with new content formats and strategies to drive engagement. Excellent relationship management skills. Commercial and strategic awareness.
