About your team:

We’re currently expanding our capacity by building a unified Design Team across the entire organization — bringing together Product Design, Marketing Design, and our Video Production Team to operate as one creative force. So on a daily basis, you’ll also collaborate closely with our Product Designer and Product & Web Designer to keep Surfer’s visual language sharp, consistent, and evolving in the right direction.

We’re a remote-first company, but if you ever crave some in-person energy, we’ve got a cozy office in Wrocław where the magic happens (and coffee never runs out ☕).

You will be responsible for:

• Creating high-quality landing pages and web experiences that match and elevate the visual standard of our current website. This is the most important part of this role, so before applying, review pages like our AI Tracker or Marketing Manager solution page and make sure you can create something that looks and feels similar.

• Producing marketing and brand assets such as ads, product imagery, data visualizations, illustrations, and occasional slides or event materials.

• Looking for opportunities to improve visuals, propose ideas, optimize existing assets, and plug into marketing initiatives without waiting for tasks.

• Bringing a fresh perspective to Product Design, contributing to discussions, and helping elevate design quality across the organization.
