About the Role
We are hiring a Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager to support our Global Demand Generation, Campaigns, and Customer Marketing programs, with a heavy focus on webinar execution.
This role is responsible for planning, building, and managing integrated campaigns—from webinar programs to multi-channel plays—that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue across regions. You will collaborate closely with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure campaigns are well-planned, flawlessly executed, and tracked in our project management and marketing systems.
You are a hands-on campaign owner who knows how to translate strategy into execution, manage timelines and stakeholders, and measure impact. You’re comfortable living in campaign/project management tools, webinar/event platforms, and marketing systems to keep programs and performance on track and visible.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Program Management
Partner with Demand Generation, the Campaigns team, and the Customer Marketing team to plan and execute integrated campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue goals.
Own end-to-end campaign project management: build plans, manage timelines, coordinate dependencies, and ensure deliverables and stakeholders stay on track.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Product Marketing, Content, Field Marketing, SDR/BDR, and Sales to ensure each campaign has the right messaging, content, and follow-up.
Translate campaign briefs and strategies into detailed project plans in our project management system (e.g., tasks, owners, due dates, dependencies, status).
Ensure every campaign has clear goals, target audiences, offers, channels, and success metrics defined ahead of launch.
Global Webinar & Virtual Event Management
Own planning and execution of webinars and virtual events across AMER, EMEA, and APJ, including scheduling, registration, promotion, live-day coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Manage all logistics with speakers, moderators, and partners: prep calls, run-of-show, dry runs, and day-of support.
Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to localize webinar topics, timing, and promotion to fit local markets and time zones.
Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure webinars are correctly set up in our systems, captured in Salesforce/marketing automation, and attributed to pipeline.
Track performance of webinar programs (registrations, attendance, engagement, follow-up, pipeline) and optimize based on learnings.
Execution & Operations
Build and manage multi-channel campaign execution, including email, paid media, landing pages, social, and partner channels, in partnership with channel owners.
Ensure campaigns are correctly built and tracked in project management tools, Salesforce campaigns, and marketing automation systems according to established processes.
Maintain organized, up-to-date campaign documentation, timelines, and status in the project management system so stakeholders have clear visibility.
Monitor in-flight campaign performance and collaborate with Demand Gen and Marketing Ops on optimizations (audiences, messaging, offers, cadence).
Support campaign and webinar reporting needs, partnering with Marketing Operations & Analytics to ensure data quality and actionable insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Demand Gen, Campaigns, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, SDR/BDR leadership, and Sales to align on priorities, timelines, and follow-up motions.
Serve as a central point of contact for campaign status, risks, and changes, proactively communicating updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with regional teams to adapt and scale core campaigns and webinar programs globally.
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on campaign management and/or demand generation.
Proven experience planning and executing successful campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in a project management system (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or similar), including building project plans, tasks, and timelines.
Strong background in webinar and virtual event management, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
Familiarity with Salesforce and a marketing automation platform (e.g., Pardot/Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot) for campaign setup and tracking.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and hit deadlines.
Comfortable working cross-functionally, balancing inputs from multiple stakeholders while maintaining clarity and momentum.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly summarize plans, status, and results.
Preferred
Experience working in cybersecurity or another highly technical B2B SaaS environment.
Experience coordinating with global teams (AMER, EMEA, APJ) and adapting programs for regional needs.
Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar, or similar) and best practices for engagement and follow-up.
What Success Looks Like
Campaigns and webinars are well-planned, on time, and executed with high quality, with clear owners and timelines in the project management system.
The Demand Gen, Campaigns, and Customer Marketing teams view you as a reliable, proactive partner who keeps complex programs moving.
Global webinar programs are running as a repeatable, scalable engine that consistently contributes to pipeline.
Campaign and webinar performance is visible, measurable, and used to inform future planning and optimization.
