We are looking for a Senior Marketing Analytics to join our paid marketing team. In this role, you aren’t just a “report builder” - you are the strategic advisor to the Paid Marketing team. You will be the bridge between complex data architecture and high stakes business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Measurement & Strategy:

  • Strategic Measurement: Drive and refine our marketing measurement framework, encompassing attribution modeling, incrementally testing, and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM). Synthesize these insights into clear, actionable recommendations for budget allocation, channel strategy, and fueling long-term growth

  • Performance Insight: Apply advanced techniques like cohort analysis and LTV modeling to deliver a holistic, forward-looking view of marketing performance across all products

  • Project Ownership: Lead analytical initiatives from initial stakeholder discovery through to deployment of automated dashboards and delivery of final, actionable strategic recommendations

    Marketing Data Infrastructure & Experimentation:

  • Data Modeling Ownership: Own the evolution of our marketing data infrastructure, specifically our dbt-based models and Looker explorers. Collaborate closely with data engineers and channel managers to translate complex business challenges into scalable data models, key metrics, and analytical output

  • Experimentation Rigor: Champion the statistical rigor of all testing initiatives. Design, execute, and evaluate A/B and lift tests to ensure measurable improvements in customer acquisition and retention performance

  • Workflow Automation: Proactively explore and implement AI-driven analytical workflows, leveraging tools like Claude Code or Cursor, to continuously push the boundaries of efficiency and innovation
