Senior Market Research Data Analyst
We are looking for someone experienced, autonomous, and comfortable taking ownership of complex projects without heavy supervision.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Advanced Data Processing & Tabulation
Organize, structure, and validate survey datasets.
Produce data tables and cross-tabulations using SPSS, Excel or Google Sheets.
Apply recodes, derived variables, weighting, and logic checks to ensure accurate outputs.
Apply market research methodologies (Conjoint, MaxDiff, Crosstabs, experienced plan, TURF analysis)
Data Quality Control
Monitor logic consistency, and response patterns.
Identify outliers, potential data quality issues, and incoherent responses.
Document cleaning decisions and maintain clear version control.
Dashboard Configuration
Configure and validate dashboards within the Potloc App to ensure metrics are accurate and aligned with project specifications.
AI Workflow Optimization
Use AI tools for tasks such as open-end coding and translation where relevant.
Test internal workflows and provide structured feedback to improve automation and efficiency.
Identify repetitive tasks that could be optimized.
Project Management
Manage 6 8 projects at different stages.
Prioritize tasks based on delivery timelines.
Proactively flag data risks or inconsistencies early in the process.
Collaboration & Vendor Management
Collaborate with Engineering on technical tickets affecting data processing.
Coordinate with translation vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS
6 years in the market-research industry, specifically in a Data Processing or Technical role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and SPSS.
Solid understanding of survey logic, weighting, questionnaire design and standard data cleaning methodologies.
Experience in Market research methodologies (Conjoint, MaxDiff, Crosstabs, experienced plan, TURF analysis)
Experience working with survey platforms such as Forsta, Qualtrics, or similar.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with structured documentation and reliable hand-offs.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong ability to thrive in dynamic environments, with resilience and good stress management
Time-zone overlap: 3 4 hours with Central Europe; open to occasional rotation or evening coverage
Fluency in English
