Role Overview
As the Senior Manager of Digital Asset & Treasury Operations, you will lead the global function responsible for the integrity, settlement, and movement of over $1 Trillion in annual transaction volume. You are the "Architect" of our liquidity infrastructure, moving beyond traditional cash management to lead the strategic deployment, settlement, and optimization of assets across a fragmented multi-chain landscape. This is a high-visibility leadership role sitting at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering.
What Problem This Role Solves
In the fast-moving digital asset market, fragmentation and manual processes create risk and capital inefficiency. You will solve the "liquidity sprawl" problem, ensuring capital is exactly where it needs to be (on-chain, in custody, or on-exchange) at the right time, while maintaining rigorous institutional controls and maximizing capital efficiency through automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Global Team Collaboration: Work with a high-performing, 24/7 global operations team with a focus on extreme accountability, scalability, and technical innovation.
- Treasury & Liquidity Orchestration: Optimize liquidity across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts to support business needs while minimizing idle capital and ensuring asset segregation.
- On-Chain Settlement & Custody: Manage the institutional custody stack (MPC, Multi-sig), including the design of signing policies and transaction authorization workflows for institutional clients.
- Operational Optimization: Identify manual friction points and partner with Engineering/Product teams to build "Treasury-as-Code", implementing automation to drive efficiency and accuracy in treasury systems.
- Control Environment: Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and risk frameworks in line with global regulatory expectations and internal audit obligations.
- Strategy & Yield Optimization: Work with the team to develop an operating model that balances short-term capabilities with long-term needs, including applying investment strategies for cash and digital assets to optimize returns.
- Reporting & Metrics: Work on building automated dashboards and KPIs related to global treasury health and operational velocity.
Required Skills and Experience
- 10–15+ Years of Experience: Background in tier-1 banking is a must. Crypto experience is preferred
- Proven Scale: Significant experience in working in global functions handling massive transaction volumes.
- Technical Crypto Depth: Expert-level knowledge of Smart Contracts, cryptocurrency ecosystem dynamics, wallet management, and on-chain settlement flows will be preferred
- Operational Excellence: Experience managing 24/7 institutional client support operations for high-net-worth or institutional segments.
