Paradigm is an accountable specialty care management organization that aims to improve the lives of people with complex injuries and diagnoses. The company is looking for a Senior Manager Strategy and Execution to oversee and manage business unit's strategic programs and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
- At least 3-5 years of program/portfolio planning and management experience
- 10 years of direct work experience in business and/or IT project management capacity managing multiple projects
- PMP/PMP-ACP Certified Project Manager
- Proven experience of project management techniques and tools
- Proven experience in people management
- Proven experience in risk management
- Proven experience in change management
- Proven experience in project governance
- Excellent business/client engagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
- High level of competence with MS Project, Planview or equivalent project management tool, MS Office and MS Visio
