Your team will be responsible for maintaining customer data quality, training AI models, and suspending phishing and fraud on the web, social media, and app stores across the internet. You are metrics-driven and focused on implementing strategies that help support Bolsters expanding customer base. You will contribute directly to the growing capabilities of our industry-leading AI-based products.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the SOCs Security Operations Center (SOC)s India Team.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team and work with stakeholders across the org to ensure continuous updates.
  • Develop and implement strategies for hiring, training, and retaining cybersecurity talent.
  • Build a metric-driven organization to support Bolsters customers.
  • Oversee customer support related to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain smooth team operations.
  • Hands-on leader who can get into details to solve a problem.
Required Skills / Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience managing 24x7 support teams (Mandatory).
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Build and foster an inclusive, collaborative, integrated team by soliciting feedback and encouraging open communication.
  • Experienced with case management ticketing systems and workforce management programs.
  • Strong technical skills in cybersecurity and ability to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
