The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Organizational Change Lead to act as the strategic "bridge" between high-velocity technical innovation and human adoption for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will lead the people side of change for complex programs involving an AI transformation program of work. You will operate as the single source of truth, ensuring that as processes are redesigned through intelligent automation, the organization remains stable, aligned, and ready to thrive.

This role is ideal for a "Navigator" who can guide stakeholders through the uncertainty of rapid development cycles. You will combine strategic foresight with hands-on execution, helping teams transition from legacy workflows to future-state models where human judgment and AI capabilities work in tandem. If you enjoy the challenge of translating complex technical shifts into clear, engaging narratives and actionable enablement plans, this is the place to create your own path.
