Accountabilities

  • Build, test, and deploy AI-powered workflows to improve speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
  • Automate manual processes using AI tools and no-code platforms before engineering involvement.
  • Train internal teams on AI adoption and develop documentation and guides.
  • Create and maintain dashboards for pipeline visibility and reporting.
  • Lead cross-functional inputs for pricing scenarios and revenue reporting.

    • Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in operations, strategy, or consulting.
  • Proven daily use of AI tools with tangible examples.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to learn systems quickly.
  • Keen attention to detail and experience producing polished, executive-ready work.
  • Ability to influence without authority and operate in ambiguous environments.
