Location: Petersburg, VA, US (on-site)

Lead IT/OT systems staff for automation, infrastructure, security, networking, and compliance in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment

Champion cGMP compliance and regulatory requirements (GAMP5, 21CFR11)

Coach and mentor direct reports and develop a high-performing cross-functional IT/OT team

Develop strategic direction for IT/OT assets, monitoring advancements in the industry

Ensure IT/OT systems available, capable, and accessible to meet production requirements

Build and develop a strong, high performing cross-functional team

Manage departmental training, development, coaching, performance, and recruitment

Collaborate with Site Leadership on workload solutions and IT/OT resource prioritization

Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, or applicable technical degree required

7+ years IT/OT systems management, automation, or security experience

3+ years supervisory/team leadership experience required

GAMP5, 21CFR11 compliance experience required

Pharma/chemical manufacturing background preferred

Knowledge of MES, SQL, Oracle a plus
