OVERVIEW

We're looking for a media-obsessed Senior Manager to own Alo's global brand video and CTV strategy. You'll architect how Alo shows up on screen across US, EMEA, and APAC — deep in the media plan, the buy, the data, and the results. This is a high-ownership role for someone who treats media as a craft.

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Global media strategy and planning for brand video and CTV/streaming across priority markets — from annual planning through in-flight optimization.
  • Significant global paid media budget: channel mix, pacing, reallocation, and performance across markets.
  • External agency relationship — setting direction, reviewing flowcharts and media plans, and holding partners to executional and performance standards.
  • Hands-on campaign execution: targeting, trafficking, QA, and creative briefing for video assets across markets and platform specs.
  • Global measurement framework for brand video — KPIs by market, MMM inputs, and incrementality testing roadmap.
  • Regular performance reporting to senior leadership with clear global and market-level read-outs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7–10 years in paid media with deep expertise in video and CTV/streaming — inventory, buying models, targeting, and measurement.
  • Experience managing media across multiple international markets and navigating global vs. local planning dynamics.
  • Proven track record owning large media budgets and delivering measurable brand outcomes.
  • Hands-on with media plans, flowcharts, and DSP/platform setups — you work at the executional level, not just the strategic one.
  • Strong grasp of brand measurement: brand lift, reach & frequency, incrementality, and video's role in MMM.
  • Experience managing agency partners with high standards for performance and accountability.
  • Clear, confident communicator across functions and geographies.
  • Background in fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle DTC is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
