Senior Manager, Delivery Readiness
What’s the role?
The Senior Manager, Delivery Readiness provides specialist support, guidance and expertise to the Commercial Banking team to ensure the control environment, monitoring frameworks, people, systems and processes are aligned to our 1LOD target state.
What do I need?
- Provide advice and expertise to the CB on all 1LOD BCM requirements including uplifting CB’s ability to proactively identify and manage risks
- Support Issue and Incident monitoring for CB-owned issues and incidents
- Support and monitor Return to Medium/Appetite plans for risks and metrics outside of tolerance
- Support the assessment of risks and recommended controls identified by the Risk profile & value chains team
- Support CB to ensure emerging risks are promptly identified and mitigated, safeguarding the LOB & VCs
- Ensure control breaches and incidents are managed effectively, reducing recurrence and impact.
