Role Overview The Senior Manager, Data Integrations Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise‑scale data integrations across cloud, SaaS, and core business platforms. This role ensures the reliable, secure, and scalable movement of data across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and modern data platforms to support critical business operations, analytics, and digital initiatives. The position partners closely with architecture, engineering, governance, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, governed integration solutions while leading teams and driving adoption of modern integration patterns and best practices. Duties & Responsibilities Data Integration Strategy & Architecture Define and own the enterprise data integration strategy, standards, and reference architectures. Design scalable integration patterns (batch, near-real-time, event-driven, streaming). Establish integration best practices across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and data platforms. Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with platform, cloud, and application strategies. Integration Delivery & Execution Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex data ingestion and integration pipelines. Oversee development, orchestration, and support of integrations across multiple source and target systems. Ensure reliability, scalability, performance, and operational stability of integrations. Drive adoption of reusable integration frameworks, APIs, and automation. Platform & Technology Leadership Lead integrations across multiple platforms including: SAP S/4HANA (SAP Datasphere, SAP Integration Suite), Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud), Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Data Factory, API Management, event‑driven services), Databricks and modern Lakehouse architectures, Cloud Storage (Azure Blob, SFTP), and Analytics & BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). Pattern Selection: Decide when to use ETL vs. ELT, or move the organization toward Event-Driven Architecture (streaming). Observability: Lead the implementation of Data Contracts and automated monitoring to catch "breaking changes" from upstream source systems before they hit the warehouse. CI/CD for Data: Establish the automation for testing and deploying integration code to minimize downtime. Lineage & Metadata: Ensure every integration has clear lineage mapping, allowing the business to trace any data point back to its original source. Security by Design: Lead the implementation of masking, hashing, and encryption of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) as it flows through the pipelines. Collaboration, Leadership, Stakeholder & Vendor Management Lead and mentor onshore and offshore integration and data engineering teams. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Leaders, and Technology stakeholders. Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress to senior leadership and governance forums. Ensure SDLC deliverables are met and enforced. Manage delivery partners and vendors to ensure alignment with enterprise standards. Participate and provide recommendations in IT-related initiatives and meetings. Experience & Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field Experience Minimum 8 years spanning the following areas: Experience with Data & Cloud Platforms; extensive hands-on experience with cloud providers like Azure (Databricks, Synapse); Experience designing & maintaining complex ETL/ELT pipelines using various cloud tools; Experience designing scalable Data Lakehouse or Data Fabric architectures and expertise in dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schemas) Licenses and Certifications Azure Data Engineer (Preferred) Software/Technical Skills Knowledge of Python, SQL, and Spark/PySpark (Advanced) Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Advanced) Knowledge of Pipeline Orchestration (Advanced) Knowledge of Azure iPaaS, Data warehouse, Business Intelligence, Azure Data Lake, Logic Apps, SAP BTP (Advanced) Knowledge of Data Processing & Languages (Intermediate) Knowledge of Architecture & Modeling (Intermediate) Knowledge of Java or Scala (Intermediate) Other Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to mentor, coach, and develop internal and external stakeholders Ability to successfully lead teams and drive data & reporting IT initiatives from concept to launch Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization Strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple large projects at once Additional Details for This Role Hybrid Work Setting - The flexibility to work remotely or in the office enhances work-life balance and strengthens our sense of Brother Community and Team Spirit. #LI-Hybrid Our Benefits We believe benefits should empower you to thrive at work and beyond.
