Labcorp is seeking a fully remote Senior Manager, Commercial Analytics to join our team in Bulgaria.

Job Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into functional, visually compelling dashboards and reports using the most appropriate technologies, including Salesforce, Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Excel, Tableau, and other analytical tools.
Collect, clean, and transform raw datasets using advanced Excel capabilities such as formulas, functions, pivot tables, and data validation techniques.
Develop interactive Excel dashboards leveraging pivot charts, slicers, conditional formatting, and automation tools to improve usability and efficiency.
Build and manage datasets within Salesforce CRMA by creating and optimizing dataflows and recipes, ensuring they meet business requirements, adhere to platform limits, and follow data governance standards.
Apply best practice data modeling principles to structure datasets and define relationships within Salesforce CRMA for scalable and high performance analytics.
Design and deliver CRMA dashboards, lenses, and apps that transform business data into actionable visual insights, supporting strategic and operational decision making.
Serve as a subject matter expert on Tableau CRM/Next and the evolving Salesforce Analytics ecosystem, advising stakeholders on capabilities, roadmap developments, and opportunities for enhanced analytics.
Provide direction and leadership to a small team by establishing vision, driving execution, and holding the team accountable for results. Act as the primary subject matter expert, overseeing daily operations and effectively managing workload distribution.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Project management, Business Administration, Information Technology;
Preferred Qualifications:
Relevant certifications to include Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant;
Additional Job Standards:
6 or more years working with Salesforce;
4 or more years working with Salesforce CRMA;
4 or more years working with Microsoft Excel doing analytics;
4 or more years of experience in Life Sciences Industry;
Associate Salesforce Administration Certification;
Advanced analytical expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Excel, Tableau, and other data analysis tools.
Proven ability to design and develop robust, visually compelling dashboards in Salesforce CRMA utilizing datasets, recipes, and additional data transformation capabilities.
Strong proficiency in Tableau, with the capability to build clear, insightful, and visually appealing reports and dashboards.
Subject matter expertise in analytics technologies, including Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, Tableau Next, Excel, and other emerging analytical platforms.
Skilled in leading stakeholder requirement gathering sessions, translating business needs into actionable analytical solutions.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, audience appropriate insights.
Demonstrates high performance standards with strong ownership, accountability, and follow through on deliverables.
Strong problem solving and decision making abilities, exercising sound judgment while working independently.
Self directed and capable of working autonomously, managing tasks with minimal oversight.
Effective in virtual and matrixed environments, collaborating across diverse teams and functional areas.
Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

In this role, you will be the Expert in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA), Salesforce dashboards and reports, Excel, and various analytical platforms. Works collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Contracts teams to build robust reporting, enhance visibility into key performance metrics, and drive organizational effectiveness through data.
