Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Manager Campus Recruitment to lead and scale endtoend campus and early careers hiring across Tier1, Tier2, and regional institutes. The role will be responsible for strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and governance of campus hiring programs aligned with business growth and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and lead the overall campus recruitment strategy aligned with annual hiring plans and business demand.
  • Manage endtoend campus hiring lifecycle including institute selection, demand forecasting, calendar planning, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with Tier1 institutes (IITs, IIMs, NITs, IIITs), Tier2/3 colleges, and regional campuses.
  • Drive Graduate, Engineering, Management Trainee, and Early Careers hiring across functions.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, CHRO, HRBPs, L&D, and Workforce Planning teams to align talent pipelines.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, preplacement talks, engagement events, and student outreach programs.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics such as offertojoin ratio, conversion rates, diversity mix, cost per hire, and time to hire.
  • Lead and mentor a team of campus recruiters and coordinators, ensuring delivery excellence and process discipline.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, and documentation through ATS and internal systems.
  • Drive continuous improvement through process automation, analytics, and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in Campus Recruitment / Early Careers Talent Acquisition
  • Strong exposure to engineering, management, and graduate hiring
  • Proven experience in campus strategy, largescale hiring programs, and stakeholder management
  • Handson experience with ATS, recruitment analytics, dashboards, and reporting
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
