Senior Legal Counsel, Employment

Business Unit The S1 Legal & Administration Line functions as the backbone support system for corporate security, legal affairs, government affairs, administrative affairs, procurement, infrastructure, and corporate social responsibility. What the Role Entails Providing legal advice and support in a wide range of international employment matters including:  advising on employment legal and regulatory matters, with opportunities to branch out to cover other areas within the overseas legal center, if interested; providing legal insight from an employment regulatory perspective to help the company identify and evaluate risks associated with new or complex business activities； managing the company's compliance with applicable labor laws by coordinating with relevant internal departments and business units and liaising with external counsel.
