As a Senior Learning Experience Architect (LXA), you’ll lead the design of innovative, high-impact learning solutions for global clients. You’ll blend strategic thinking, instructional design expertise, and people leadership to shape learning ecosystems that drive measurable business results.
This is both a strategic and hands-on position — perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning strategy, design leadership, and organizational impact.
What You’ll Do
Design learning strategies grounded in adult learning principles and data-driven insights.
Conduct learning needs analyses and develop competency frameworks that align with client goals.
Architect end-to-end learning programs — from concept and curriculum design to development oversight and evaluation.
Lead and mentor a team of Instructional Designers, fostering creativity, performance, and continuous growth.
Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into engaging learning experiences.
Champion innovation in learning technology, including GenAI and emerging digital tools.
Evaluate learning effectiveness using analytics and performance metrics; translate insights into actionable improvements.
Represent the organization through thought leadership at industry events, client meetings, and internal initiatives.
