What You'll Do
Work closely with client leadership teams in an international environment to define IT and digital strategies and drive alignment.
Collaborate with BCG case teams across Europe to deliver high-impact technology transformations.
Design and implement tailored IT strategies, digital platforms, and target architectures leveraging modern technologies
Own specific project workstreams, including quality, risk, and stakeholder management.
Assess, coach, and support client technology teams throughout the engagement.
Apply technical consulting expertise to complex, strategic technology challenges across industries.
Contribute to proposal development, client relationship management, and business development activities.
What You'll Bring
Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Information Systems, or a related digital field.
2-7 years of professional experience in IT strategy and consulting, software development, or IT project management; prior IT consulting experience is a strong asset.
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to think creatively and analytically in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment.
Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong client orientation, and a clear focus on delivering results.
Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch.
Strong willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
