What You’ll Do
Champion and actively reinforce Lambda’s culture, mission, purpose, and values across the organization, serving as a trusted partner to leaders and employees
Establish, evolve, and enforce company policies, ensuring alignment with business needs, compliance requirements, and best practices
Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of HR systems, including Workday (HRIS) and ADP (payroll), ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and strong user experience
Ensure the integrity and maintenance of employee data across HR systems (e.g., HRIS, shared drives, knowledge management tools), with a focus on accuracy, security, and scalability.
Serve as a point of contact for employees on HR, benefits, and policy-related matters, providing guidance and driving resolution through HR shared channels and ticketing systems
Support compliance efforts for annual filings, reporting, and employee communications, partnering cross-functionally as needed
Act as the HR Operations point of contact for internal and external audits (e.g., SOC 2 Type I & II, ISO 27001), including maintaining documentation, responding to audit requests, and strengthening controls and processes
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, operating with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
You
Have a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (1 year of work experience for every school year)
Have 5-7 years of experience in HR Operations roles
Fluency in Workday, ADP, JIRA and Google Workspace
Have excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Can maintain high degrees of integrity handling sensitive and confidential information daily
Have proficiency in establishing, implementing, and enforcing company policies
Have the ability to collaborate, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to change, and balance
multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Have strong relationship building and networking skills
Can manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues for final resolution
Experience in the technology industry
Start-up and / or remote environment experience
