What You Will Do
Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior leaders across departments, aligning HR strategies with business goals to drive organisational success.
Lead initiatives to identify, attract, develop, and retain top talent across the organisation.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and guiding leaders on effective team management.
Drive change management initiatives to support business transformations, mergers, or growth strategies.
Oversee workforce planning, compensation reviews, and succession performance management to ensure alignment with Verve’s pay-for-performance philosophy.
Participate in and track succession planning activities, ensuring our best talent has access to growth opportunities identified.
Identify, evaluate and drive forward key training and development initiatives to foster growth and development among our teams.
Proactively analyze people metrics and trends to provide insights for decision-making and continuous improvement.
Champion diversity and inclusion tied to business results to promote a stronger, better organization.
Proactively lead integration, transformation and change in ways which are both collaborative and effective.
