Senior Growth Marketer (Social, Community & Outreach)

About the role
Do you enjoy creating content, bringing people together, and turning feedback into action? As our Senior Marketer, you will help grow and nurture the IceWarp community. You will manage reviews on key platforms, create engaging content (articles, updates, stories), and support conversations across our channels. If you like being close to users and you are great at making people feel heard, we would love to meet you. You will start as an individual contributor, with the potential to scale the role and eventually hire and lead a team.
What you’ll do
Run online campaigns (incl. lead gen): Plan and execute online-first campaigns that drive awareness and generate leads from landing pages and lead magnets to webinars, newsletters, and partner co-marketing.
Build simple lead-gen funnels: Turn content and community activity into measurable growth - capture interest, nurture leads, and work with Sales on handoff and follow-up.
Build and nurture our community: Be the friendly face of IceWarp - engage with users, start conversations, and create a space where people feel welcome, heard, and supported.
Community management (day-to-day): Moderate discussions, answer questions, route feedback internally, and keep community channels active and helpful.
Create and manage content: Write and curate content that helps and engages - blog posts, product updates, community posts, launch communications, and educational materials.
Brand awareness on social media: Strengthen IceWarp’s presence and consistency across social channels - create posts, support storytelling, and keep the tone of voice aligned with the brand.
Reddit management: Own our Reddit presence - help grow relevant communities, join discussions in a genuine way, moderate where needed, and surface insights (without being “salesy”).
Manage reviews and reputation: Monitor and respond to reviews on major platforms, handle feedback professionally, and help keep IceWarp’s reputation strong.
Amplify customer voices: Collect and promote testimonials, reviews, and success stories that show real impact.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Sales, Development, and Support to align community and content with company goals (and turn product updates into great stories).
Track trends and insights: Watch what users and the market are talking about - summarize key learnings, report themes, and suggest improvements for marketing and product.
