About the PositionThe Senior Graphic Designer, Digital & Print supports the creation and execution of high-quality digital creative with secondary support for print materials. This role is approximately 75% digital and 25% print, contributing across internal channels, marketing assets, and customer-facing touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a driven, adaptable designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects at once, and consistently delivers detailed, on-brand work under tight deadlines while supporting an in-person/on-site work culture and upholding company values of Ownership, Collaboration and Respect. Job Responsibilities:Design and produce primarily digital assets, including web banners, email graphics, digital ads, IG videos and internal communicationsDesign print materials as needed including catalogs, lookbooks, foldouts, assembly guides, mailers, and sales collateral Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital and print touchpointsPartner closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, Graphic Design Manager and VP of Brand to meet timelines and project goalsPrepare print-ready files, ensuring accuracy in layout, color, typography, bleeds, and specificationsEfficiently incorporate feedback and revisions while balancing multiple projects and deadlinesFulfill asset requests from internal teams and partners, managing priorities effectivelyOrganize, archive, and maintain working files, templates, and final assetsFollow established workflows and naming conventionsStay current on design trends, digital best practices, and emerging platformsWhat we can do for you:Play a pivotal role in our company’s transformation and growthAlign with a growing company that operates in the luxury marketProvide training and career development opportunitiesEnjoy a high-paced and collaborative work environmentEligible for up to a 6% employer 401(k) contribution following six months of employmentTake advantage of paid time off away from work, including scheduled company holidaysParticipate in competitive benefits and incentivizing programsTeam building company sponsored eventsEmployee discount and bi-annual sample saleRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-8+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on digital and print (agency or in-house preferred)Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma, Klayvio, Mailchimp experience a plusExperience in designing catalog layouts a plusSolid understanding of print production and prepress requirementsStrong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skillsExperience designing for digital banners and ads, including email and web is preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to receive and apply feedback constructivelyExcellent communication and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize effectivelyPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
