For this role, you will join Dataleaps as a Freelance Consultant, embedded in one of the Netherlands’ largest cosmetic retail companies to scale their GenAI and agentic application landscape.

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer (Freelance / Contractor) to design, build, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications.

You will take end-to-end ownership of AI products — from backend data pipelines and orchestration logic to APIs and user-facing AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain scalable AI-powered applications with high-performance backend services and intuitive frontend interfaces.
Architect enterprise data connectors and ETL pipelines.
Design and optimize advanced RAG architectures (hybrid search, multi-stage re-ranking).
Develop agentic systems and multi-agent orchestration frameworks.
Provision and manage GCP infrastructure using Terraform and Docker.
Implement secure authentication and identity management (e.g., EntraID).
Ensure AI-specific security (prompt injection mitigation, data anonymization).
