We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Senior FP&A to reinforce our finance team. This role is central to our financial operations, with a strong focus on monthly reporting, internal audit implementation, cloud cost tracking, investor communication, ESG tracking, and project support.
This role is focused on assisting the CFO in driving the company towards its long term goals. As part of the Finance function, you will be working closely with the rest of the team (Finance, Admin & Legal) and of the company (Department Heads…). You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Budget and outlook:
Own the annual budget process end-to-end, including coordination with all departments
Lead the monthly forecasting process
Build and maintain robust financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and decision-making
Business analysis and support to decision:
Monitor actual performance versus budget and forecast, identify variances, and provide clear recommendations
Produce high-quality analysis on revenue, headcount, operating expenses, productivity, and profitability
Prepare management reporting materials with clear insights on performance, risks, and opportunities
Define, track, and continuously refine the company’s core financial and business KPIs, in collaboration with the COO team
Manage investors regulatory reporting
Budget tracking:
Support the CFO in steering the company toward its profitability objectives
Strengthen budget tracking and cost control processes while keeping them pragmatic and adapted to a startup context
Projects / Other :
Coordination of requests R&D tax credits and potential subsidies
Involvement in ESG reporting
Involvement in and coordination of potential financing projects, both dilutive and non dilutive
Involvement in potential M&A projects, from Due Diligence to Integration
Identify opportunities to use automation, data tools, and AI to enhance finance workflows, analysis, and reporting
Act as a trusted business partner to leadership, with the ability to challenge assumptions and influence decisions
Help raise the level of financial rigor, transparency, and accountability across the organization
You are a hands-on FP&A professional who combines strong financial rigor with a practical, business-minded approach. You’re comfortable operating in a fast-paced SaaS environment where priorities evolve, and you know how to bring structure, clarity, and forward-looking insights to support decision-making across teams. You communicate clearly with both finance and non-finance stakeholders, and you’re able to challenge assumptions constructively while staying solution-oriented.
We're looking for an analytical and synthetic mindset, and:
You have qualified from a Business School
You have at least 7 years of experience in FP&A; an experience in a VC or PE fund is a plus
You are used to leveraging AI in your daily work, have made up an opinion on where AI best benefits the FP&A role and have started implementing agents
You are very agile in Excel and Gsheet
You have strong verbal and written communication skills in both French & English and are happy working in a multicultural environment
You are very organized, thorough and a quick thinker
You have a capacity for detailed analysis and for converging to detailed and actionable plans, that you will be able to drive
You are empathetic, discreet and trustworthy: you will often be part of confidential information and need to treat it with maximum reliability
You have a high sense of ownership and a solid autonomy
You are flexible and adaptable. You are comfortable dealing with multiple and constantly evolving priorities and fast turnaround
Important: You must have current legal authorization to work in France and be able to work from our Paris office.
