Senior FP&A Analyst

As Senior FP&A Analyst, you will lead the FP&A track within Effectory. It will be your primary focus to push for operational excellence and financial execution on steering metrics and KPIs in close collaboration with the business. In this role, you will be the driving force – from process to performance - for development and delivery of internal reporting, (business) forecasting and advanced data analytics.

You are passionate about generating business insights that influence (strategic) decision making and have strong modelling skills to uphold financial excellence standards. You have a proven track-record of FP&A experience within a SaaS or Subscription-based environment and are keen to educate the business and finance team members on this topic.

Our talented finance team is a small group of highly motivated professionals and you like to contribute to our warm and collaborative culture. In this role, you will have one direct report, who will work under your direct coaching and supervision. Next to that, you report directly to, and work closely with, the CFO.

Your Tasks

Act as the CFO’s lieutenant on all business-related topics.

Together with the Accounting Lead, prepare the monthly management report for Board and Leadership Team and provide insights on cashflow rolling forecasts based on various scenarios.

Play a key role in driving the annual budget cycle.

Partner up with stakeholders across the business and actively support on performance and key metric development.

Be the driving force for development of internal reporting, forecasting and data analysis to develop and report on key insights of our KPIs, metrics, margins, and all other available data within the company.

Work closely with RevOps, CustomerOps and other stakeholders in improving the various data streams and systems within the business.

Take a leading role in transferring dedicated SaaS/Subscription knowledge to the finance team and the Business Leads.

Supervise, coach and work closely together with the FP&A analyst and collaborate closely with other members of the finance team, providing them feedback where applicable.
