Senior Firmware Engineer

We are currently seeking an ambitious pace-setter to join our team as a Senior Firmware Engineer working hybrid out of our Logan, UT office.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
⦁    Being challenged with unique problems 
⦁    Creating and developing firmware solutions for the current and next generation of fitness products. 
⦁    Support the design and development for new products, working closely with experts on our team.
⦁    Collaborate with hardware engineers on firmware-hardware integration.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Basic Qualifications 
⦁    B.S. in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. 
⦁    Self-motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. 
⦁    Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
⦁    Strong attention to detail. 
⦁    Ability to think creatively, problem solve, and innovate. 
⦁    Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
⦁    Familiar & working knowledge of C, version control (Git), simulation, and debugging tools for development.
⦁    Understanding of embedded systems, communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, USB, UART, and others for integration in control systems and sensor interfaces
Preferred Qualifications 
⦁    Embedded development using Zephyr, RTOS or other similar real time operating systems.
⦁    Knowledge of audio processing and streaming.  
⦁    Familiar with wireless protocols, Bluetooth, wifi
⦁    Experience in scripting languages (Python)
⦁    Familiarity with ST and Nordic Semiconductor MCUs
⦁    Machine Learning/AI development experience
