Who You Are
You have solid experience in General Ledger and Accounts Receivable (and ideally some exposure to AP), you ensure accurate, compliant financial reporting and feel confident navigating Spanish GAAP specifics. You enjoy working autonomously in a remote setup from Spain while staying closely connected to an international team. This is a thriving opportunity for a proactive account, who is ready to take ownership of our Spanish entities in a growing, multinational and dynamic environment.
This is a remote position in Spain.

What You Will Do

• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness

• Managing regular month-end and annual financial closings, including audit support, in accordance with Spanish GAAP (PGC)

• Ensuring accurate accounting for fixed assets, prepayments, employee reimbursement approval, and posting

• Supporting with tax declarations

• Managing the Accounts Receivables and taking care of revenue accounting

• Supporting with the Accounts Payable process

• Supporting with payroll processes

• Interacting with other internal and external stakeholders in accounting matters as needed

• Participating in the continuous improvement of the group’s internal financial processes, reporting, and control system
