Employee engagement
- Supporting employee queries and ticketing
- Support in employee listening circles and documenting feedback
Data analysis and insights
- Preparing monthly and quarterly data dashboards business teams and DEI
- Training data management
- Managing a central repository for data related to learning/talent interventions
- FTC data management
- Data check/cleanup activity
Operational logistics and support
- Provide operational support for meetings agenda management, room bookings etc as and when needed
- Calendar management for HR leader
- Visitor management
Qualification
- Good written and verbal communication
- Stakeholder management
- Data analytics and MS Excel skills to qualifications
- BBA/MBA/Graduate (HR specialization) with 2-3 years work experience in HR domain (any vertical is fine)
