Senior Executive
Core Responsibilities:
• Extract and send in-yard reports from the terminal website.
• Follow up on the updating and shifting of third-party containers.
• Monitor and expedite the evacuation of damaged containers.
• Track back-to-town containers, if any, and report the associated costs.
• Send PCR-related files to the GBS team upon vessel departure.
• Prepare and send AGW, IAL, EAL, etc., for owned, partner, and feeder vessels.
• Utilize LISA LL actively in daily operations.
• Upload IGM and EGM to Icegate, resolve errors or queries, and ensure timely filing of documents.
• Coordinate with the central planner for prestow and special stowage on CMA-operated vessels.
• Maintain close coordination with the terminal and monitor berth productivity.
• Oversee and coordinate the loading and discharge of IMDG, OOG, and break-bulk cargo internally and externally.
• Ensure timely manual and EDI filing of IGM & EGM, and rectify any errors.
• Update all PRS reports accurately and on time.
• Follow up with reefer technicians to ensure reefers are loaded at the correct temperatures.
• Maintain records and prepare weekly and monthly reports.
• Coordinate closely with partners for the smooth discharge and loading of containers.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Timely updating of reports.
• Efficient and timely coordination both internally and externally for smooth vessel turnaround.
• PCR completed within 48 hours.
Qualifications and Skill Sets:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Strong proficiency in systems and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Willingness to work shifts, including holidays and weekends, with corresponding weekly off exemptions.
• Ready to perform fieldwork during vessel operations as needed.
