How you’ll make an impact in this role
- Manage calendars for three Vice Presidents including scheduling of meetings, determining priorities and resolving conflicts.
- Oversee the planning of team meetings including travel arrangements, on-site logistics, agenda preparation and presentation materials.
- Schedule and coordinate virtually and onsite.
What minimum requirements you’ll need
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
- Minimum of five years related work experience.
- Ability to handle heavy calendar management.
- Work in a team environment with your team, HR team, and independently when the executives are traveling.
- Excellent project management skills, including supplier management request and registration, tracking POs and invoice payments.
- Backup other colleagues and support the Team Supervisor and ALT Administrator with projects.
