The Senior Executive, Analytics Commercial supports the commercialization and delivery of NIQ analytics solutions, with particular focus on Sales Force Activation and Trade Census solutions. This role works closely with internal teams and clients to support sales effectiveness, trade marketing decisions, and route-to-market optimization for FMCG clients.

This role is suited for a hands-on, early‑career professional with foundational experience in FMCG sales, trade marketing, or analytics, looking to deepen expertise in commercial analytics and client delivery.

Responsibilities

Client & Commercial Support

  • Support the delivery of sales efficiency and route-to-market analytics for FMCG clients
  • Assist in preparing client-facing analyses, sales materials, and presentations
  • Participate in client engagements to support insights discussion and clarify analysis outputs
  • Build working relationships with client stakeholders in sales and trade marketing teams

Analytics & Insights

  • Analyze sales, distribution, and trade data to produce actionable insights for in-store execution
  • Support trade marketing analysis related to distribution coverage, channel performance, and sales activation
  • Translate analytical outputs into clear, structured insights under guidance from senior team members

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal execution teams, including regional or overseas analytics teams, to support project delivery
  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables
  • Support data accuracy checks and quality control of analytical outputs

Sales & Channel Exposure

  • Support analysis related to sales policies, promotions, and channel strategies
  • Assist with evaluations of sales performance across different distribution channels
  • Build understanding of FMCG sales operations and trade marketing execution through hands-on project exposure

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related discipline

Experience

  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
    • FMCG sales, trade marketing, or commercial operations
    • Market research, analytics, or consulting roles
  • Exposure to distribution, sales planning, or trade execution in FMCG manufacturers, distributors, or retailers is preferred
  • Experience working with market or sales data (e.g. internal sales data, syndicated research data) is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to convert data into clear business insights
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional and regional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
