MAJOR ACTIVITIES

Setting of packing specification with supplier for each local parts & Consumables through packing application sheet
  • Ensured PAS availability of all new model parts before SOS (95% ) and ensuring timely closure of PAS for critical parts .  
Packing material Development & Procurement
  • Packaging Material Handling procurement of 250+ packing material commodity for AS parts
  • Managing packaging cost within allotted budget,       thru kaizen and cost reduction initiatives  

Physical Inventory
  • Cycle count, Bin Face audit, Inventory.
  • Monthly cycle count reconciliation
  • Coordination with Finance for Quarterly and annual inventory audit with external Auditors
Packaging Quality improvement
  • Root Cause Analysis & Countermeasure implementation for packaging Quality issues
Participating in GLPE from NMIPL AS
  • Cost reduction activity planning
  • Trails & Implementation
  • Reporting
CAPEX – Requirements & Procurements
  • CAPEX planning based on Long term sales Forecast
  • Budget planning & approval
  • CAPEX implementation

Stationery Procurement
  •  Budget planning & approvals
  • Vendor management & Procurement
  • Maintaining cost reduction
